It is Envirotech’s practice to assign a single contact (Project Manager) within
our office for each client in order to simplify and encourage direct and timely
communication. Overall supervision, including additional technical support
and coordination of required manpower, is provided by the President.
Department Managers provide project oversight and final technical review.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY ASSESSMENT
Envirotech has a commitment to quality control. Through written Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists, quality control is not an option
at Envirotech - it is a requirement.
